Client’s Own Space

When planning corporate events, Clients will often want to use their own space. There can be countless benefits to this. Most importantly eliminating the cost of renting a venue leaves room in the budget to make an event look spectacular.

There are however some downsides. Without the benefit of an on site event planner that would be on staff at an external venue, the event management can fall to whoever’s looking after the event.

At Event Central, we don’t see such requests as a challenge. Rather we see them as an opportunity to let our creative streak run free. Through many years of skillfully negotiating event management and providing our Clients with Corporate Event Ideas we are able to surpass our Clients needs and expectations. We incorporate items such as luxury room draping uplighting, linens, centrepieces our Chiavari Chairs into our room designs.  We can transform something as commonplace as a canteen into a venue fit for business events, a corporate party or an awards ceremony.
